• Threat Assessment

Site Surveys are conducted to provide information for the client. Threat Assessments are done when faced with a specific or generic risk. In reality, the two are often combined into one. The goal is to provide a secure environment for the client regardless of whether it is home, office, yacht, etc.

Examples of past operations have included:

• A ground up review for an affluent individual for their beachfront home. The Center utilized technical mean such as passive systems, infra- red, and discrete physical barriers, along with high quality, discretely placed professionals to ensure a safe but unobtrusive environment for the client and his family.

• A threat assessment/site survey which resulted in increased security for a company working in a high risk country

• A site survey which was conducted for a corporate client. The aim was to reduce loss from internal theft. The resulting report reduced loss, and also provided long term savings by using physical means (fences, walls, cameras) which have no recurring overhead, unlike their human counterparts.
